About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at SKY express in Athens. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our passengers, handling flight bookings and travel-related inquiries with professionalism and a strong customer focus, while supporting customers throughout their travel journey by managing reservations, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience that reflects the company’s commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional support.
• Handle reservations and ticketing, including changes and updates, with accuracy.
• Provide clear flight information and coordinate with airport teams when needed.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a customer-first approach.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, following company and regulatory standards.

• Customer-oriented, with strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiations skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with a calm and empathetic approach.
• Able to work under pressure and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Previous work experience in a Customer Service or Call Center role will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written). Multilingual abilities (French, German, and/or Italian) are a plus.
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite)
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
