The Company

Kinglike is a boutique international travel agency offering luxury villa rentals and personal concierge services in Mykonos, Paros, Antiparos and Corfu in Greece, as well as Tuscany in Italy.

Established in 2015, the agency has built a strong presence in these destinations and today represents more than 900 villa owners, assisting more than 200 high-end clients each summer.

Our core business is luxury villa rentals, complemented by personal concierge and destination support for our guests before and during their stay.

We are currently looking for a responsible, energetic and highly organized individual to become Kinglike's Destination Specialist for Paros and Antiparos.

Structure of the Position

This is a 12-month position with different responsibilities according to the season.

October–April

The position is part-time and remote.

During this period, the successful candidate will support the company's reservations department, assist with back-office work related to Paros and Antiparos, improve the company's local infrastructure and contribute to business development in preparation for the following summer season.

May–September

The position becomes full-time and requires relocation to Paros.

During the summer season, the successful candidate will be Kinglike's principal representative in Paros and Antiparos and will be responsible for supporting our guests throughout their stay.

Due to the nature of luxury hospitality and the seasonal business, seven-day-per-week availability is required during the summer period.

Accommodation in Paros will be provided by the company.

Initial Training & Destination Knowledge

The successful candidate will undergo an initial learning and training period in order to acquire a deep understanding of Kinglike's business model, clientele and operational procedures.

One of the candidate's first responsibilities will be to develop detailed knowledge of:

• Kinglike's villa portfolio in Paros and Antiparos.
• The geography of both islands.
• The different areas, beaches and villages.
• Villa owners, property managers and other important local partners.
• Restaurants, beach clubs and key hospitality venues.
• Local service providers and the infrastructure required to support our guests.
• Kinglike's internal reservations and customer-support procedures.

The candidate will be expected to visit and become familiar with the properties represented by Kinglike in Paros and Antiparos, as destination and villa knowledge is essential both for reservations and for providing high-quality customer support.

Summer Responsibilities – Guest Support & Personal Concierge

During the summer season, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Kinglike's guests staying in Paros and Antiparos.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining direct communication with guests before, during and after their stay.
• Providing customer support and acting as the main point of contact for guests when assistance is required.
• Coordinating with villa owners and property managers.
• Assisting guests with questions regarding their villa and destination.
• Helping resolve issues that may arise during a stay in a calm, professional and efficient manner.
• Providing personal concierge assistance.
• Coordinating with Kinglike's internal team and local service providers.
• Following up to ensure that guest requests have been properly handled.
• Maintaining a high standard of communication and service throughout each client's stay.

The successful candidate should understand that Kinglike works with a demanding international clientele and that responsiveness, professionalism and good judgment are extremely important.

Restaurants, Beach Clubs & Local Network

An important part of the position will be to build and maintain a strong network of contacts in Paros and Antiparos.

Kinglike offers its clients complimentary assistance with restaurant and beach-club reservations.

The successful candidate will therefore be expected to:

• Develop personal relationships with the main restaurants, beach clubs and hospitality venues on both islands.
• Maintain regular communication with venue managers and reservation teams.
• Understand each venue's reservation procedures and policies.
• Develop the relationships necessary to assist Kinglike clients efficiently, including during periods of very high demand.
• Continuously identify new venues and experiences that may be relevant to Kinglike's clientele.

Building a strong local network will be considered an important part of the candidate's responsibilities.

Reservations

The position also includes supporting Kinglike's villa-rental reservations activity for Paros and Antiparos.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Develop detailed knowledge of the company's villa portfolio.
• Assist the reservations team with information about villas, locations and the destination.
• Communicate with villa owners and managers regarding availability, information and operational details.
• Help maintain villa information, internal files and website content up to date.
• Support the sales team when local knowledge is required to respond accurately to a client inquiry.
• Assist with reservation-related back-office work throughout the year.

October–April Responsibilities

During the part-time winter period, responsibilities will include:

• Reservations support.
• Updating villa and destination information.
• Communication with villa owners and managers.
• Back-office work.
• Improving Kinglike's operational infrastructure in Paros and Antiparos.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with restaurants, beach clubs and local partners.
• Identifying new villas, partners and business opportunities.
• Researching developments in the Paros and Antiparos luxury hospitality market.
• Preparing the destination operationally for the following summer season.

Business Development

The successful candidate will also be encouraged to identify opportunities that can strengthen Kinglike's presence in Paros and Antiparos.

This may include:

• Identifying attractive new villas to add to Kinglike's portfolio.
• Developing relationships with villa owners and property managers.
• Discovering new hospitality venues and service providers.
• Strengthening relationships with existing local partners.
• Identifying weaknesses in the company's existing destination infrastructure and suggesting improvements.
• Providing regular feedback to management regarding changes and opportunities in the local market.

• Learns quickly and is willing to acquire detailed knowledge of Paros and Antiparos.
• Is comfortable working independently while remaining closely coordinated with the rest of the Kinglike team.
• Is flexible regarding working hours during the high season.
• Is willing to relocate to Paros from May through September.
• Understands that seven-day-per-week availability is part of the summer position.
• Has excellent spoken and written English.
• Greek language skills are strongly preferred, particularly because the role requires regular communication with local villa owners, managers, venues and service providers.
• Has good general computer skills, including email, Google Drive, spreadsheets and internet research.

Previous experience in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, villa rentals, reservations or customer service would be considered a significant advantage.

However, personality, responsibility, organizational ability, communication skills and the capacity to learn quickly are more important than having followed a particular career path.

Driving Licence & Car

The successful candidate must have a valid driving licence and their own car during the summer season.

Because the position involves visiting villas, meeting owners and managers, interacting with venues and moving around Paros, having a car is essential for performing the role effectively.

Fuel expenses related to company operations will be fully reimbursed by Kinglike.
