Our client is a company with a strong brand identity looking to strengthen their creative team as their marketing activity grows across digital and print channels. The role exists to bring visual consistency and design quality to a marketing function that produces content across multiple platforms simultaneously.

The Role

You will design and produce visual assets across web, print and social media, working closely with the marketing team to make sure everything looks on-brand and lands with the right audience. In your first six months, you will get deep into the brand guidelines, take ownership of ongoing campaign visuals and demonstrate a clear instinct for design that serves a business purpose, not just an aesthetic one. You will be the person the marketing team turns to when they need something that looks right and works hard.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of graphic design experience across digital and print formats
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
• Solid understanding of branding principles and visual consistency across channels
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly on designs
• A portfolio that demonstrates range across social media, web and marketing materials

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing
• Familiarity with web design principles and designing for digital performance
• Background in a marketing or creative agency environment

What's in it for You
