About the location:

An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. Discover the wonders of ancient civilization at the Acropolis, then return to Four Seasons to unwind and relax. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels ), we are seeking a highly engaged Spa Therapist for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract) .

What You Will Do

• Provide professional body or beauty service for Spa guests including herbal wraps, body treatments, massage, and facial treatments.
• Help set-up and maintain the work area clean, hygienic and attractive. This includes preparation room, treatment rooms, locker rooms and guests’ facilities.
• Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel.
• Provide indoor and outdoor treatments.
• Handle guest interactions with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints; assisting guests and visitors in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
• Provide a courteous, professional and warm attitude towards guests, leads, supervisors, managers and co-workers.
• Comply with hygiene and safety rules, quality criteria and procedures within the department. This includes taking reasonable care and perform duties as instructed, preventing injuries to self and others.
• Adhere to core and culture Standards and Meet/Exceed Standard Tests undertaken.
• Perform other tasks or projects assigned by the Spa Management.
• Upsell relevant treatments and retail products to guests, based on their needs and expected benefits.

What You Bring

• Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Proficiency in Greek language is an advantage.

Schedule & Hours

• Summer Seasonal Job - 5 working days per week, with 2 days off.
• Schedule is changing every week according to business needs.
