I enjoyed my regular customers and some of my co workers but when management allows the kitchen staff to run things it causes problems. I liked my set schedule.

good money good managers

you make good money for chili’s but you have to work for it. Managers are there to help but sometimes it can be overwhelming. Most shifts are about 5-6 hours and you only get a break if you are working a double but that’s expected in the restaurant business.

Yew and Yes

It's a pretty decent job. The pay is really nice and there's always an opportunity to move around and do other positions. I was originally to go but was able to do QA, Host, and Food Runner. I didn't quite enjoy the food running shifts due to workload and servers' attitudes. If you can deal with the attitude and enjoy always being busy then it is for you. That brings me to my next point a lot of the older people act like they are still in high school. There's gossip, people talking behind backs, and when things don't go exactly their way they get upset. The management is okay because you can build relationships and joke around with them. They also do seem to care about what is going on in your life and honor schedule changes. However, the communication between them is terrible which often ends up in confused managers, scheduling mistakes, and some other inconveniences. Overall it really is a fun place to work where you can gain new relationships. It really is kind of like a family these people get on my nerves sometimes but I still love them and hesitate to leave just because of them.

Alright

Ok place to work. No real issues. Short staffed but everyone worked well together. Tips were decent, but could have been better depends on the shift

Chaotic but reqarding

If you can handled the chaos and unorganized nature of the restaurant. It’s really about volume over quality when it comes to tips. The money was really good while the time I worked there.

Good benefits

Some unrealistic expectations, but overall good job. Fun enviroment, pay is decent. They were good to me so I cant really complain. Some long hours.

Just ok

Alot of wonderful people, but crazy work environment. Loved it for a while but it just got tedious and repetitive. Management turned I to a joke and was left numb.

Great place for fast money

The money is good and management is ok. Make sure you actually do your work to be recognized and be on the managments good side. flexible schedule, and willing to work around scheduling if you ask.

Unorganized and underpaid

Worked at this location for a bit and was paid minimum wage as a host which is understandable, but then was expected to bus tables as well as maintenance of the bathroom without being paid tip!

Was a hard worker for a solid 6 months watched alot of good people go because management doesnt want anyone who they feel can do their job better than them, they will also work you if you are sick, vomiting, etc.

Don't waste your time

There is a lot of favoritism. Management intentionally gives poor hours. There is way too much drama for the workplace. Manager is sleeping with employees. It's gross.

Productive and fun place to work.

All managers were great. They understood when I needed time off and if I need more shifts they gave them to me. The employees were easy to get along with as well.

A overall great workplace

A great place to work. Simple and easy rules plus expectations. Winter is the best season to work! Pretty flexible as long as you at least give 2 weeks notice.

Rewind your clock back to highschool drama

Employees get a away with gossip and bullying. Management team is childish and hypocritical. They run off their best employees. Most toxic work environment ever

Good Money Bad Environment

Yes you make decent money, however, the extent of what you have to do for it is a lot. But again, it is corporate. No breaks, not nice customers, management always trying to get more out of you even if you are part time. But, money is good enough to stay sometimes.

Terrible management and pay was awful.

Too many employees messing around and inevitably messing up orders, being rude to customers, just not doing their work and it would all fall on the good employees to fix someone else’s mess. Very stressful.

Never again

Never again the worst place to work for not a very clean one either underpaid servers assistant should make like 11 an hour. They only make like two dollars.

A good place to work

It’s got great managers and friendly workers. The end time of your shift is never really clear until closer to the shift change and often run out of items even for a half of a day. Needs more of a system in the kitchen to make each zone’s responsibilities clear . Often.m confusion and complaints on whose supposed to be doing what.

Nice

It was a nice job that you work alone doing. Typically out of there in three hours and onto the next thing. A good side hustle if you need one tbh. Management was okay.

High School antics in the adult world.

What is the best part of working at the company?As a Server, it was the repeat Customers, the regulars and those relationships as well as of the tips! Just because Management and I didn't necessarily Get Along or "See Eye to Eye." I really enjoyed serving my guests and providing a Warm Memorable Experience; I've always enjoyed and have been Excellent at Entertaining people. I worked there from January 2021 until 2023. It was a really good position as a server. I started as a Host, I am very good at Hosting, but Honestly, after like 4 or 5 months of it 5 days a week, it gets old. Then they get you busting tables for the servers, etc. etc. Or they Try To get you to do your job and then someone else's! And, you know how it goes... once you do it once, and then twice, the servers and runners and even some Managers would ask you to help with absolutely No incentives; No Tips for hosts. So, if you want me to help, I made sure to let t hem know they better cut me in some tips! What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Busy days with little or no staff. Also days when the special workers (below par, mediocre people with negative attitudes) would come in, drag-tail the whole shift whining about not making money but on their phone the whole shift or hiding in the bathroom or lollygagging; then at the end of the shift, they're surprised they just worked 5-6 hours and only made $20 or whatever!! Special! Also managers who shouldn't ever be managers; they don't know how to deal with customers, how to retain guests and keep them returning. Also they don't know -

Poor management

Management was very unprofessional. When trying to get hired they ghosted for quite a while. When they did schedule an interview, I moved around my life, got ready, showed up, and they wouldn't interview me. Management wouldn't even come and say "Sorry, we over-saturated our workforce. Can I take your name?" Who does that?
