Lime has a very comfortable work environment to it. They provide all the necessary tools to get your job done through the day, the only down side that is, there's usually not enough to pass around the crew. Management is alright. They have a clear vision on how operate but at the same time , the execution is not always on par. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people.
This job has by far been the most flexible and beneficial job that I have ever been part of. The managerial staff has the workers best interests in mind because of the lack of customer communication for mechanic workers.
Management is the worst. Regional manager was actively using drugs on the job and when the worker bees complained the company fired everyone who was aware. They lie in investor meeting and are barely making a profit and they will not bat an eye before letting you go.
