Nothing positive, you may come to know new people, but the overal job is bad and management is the worst I ever dealt with.
They treat agents as slaves without caring about you, just caring for what works for you. -------------------- You may better treat your agents and seek quality agents, form your team leaders and your managers in first place, don't expect agent to perform amazing job while you don't provide support nor feedback, agents must know about the market in first place not wait to know details from customers.
Job security is very unstable, not a positive team/family type atmosphere

I worked for Lime for a year and a half. It was great at first. Management showed concern for the city and employees. When new management came in the company started going downhill and there was no real concern for the group of guys who made up the team. Production went down and 70 percent of the staff got let go. Their is a cycle of hiring and firing that will continue with the company to mirror how busy it gets during different times of the year so if you are looking for a job that is stable and feels like a team/family atmosphere, then this is not the job for you. When Lime starts out, it’s at a slow pace and then works out all there bumps. Then it’s full steam ahead. With educated Operations Specialist assisting in Deployment and Retrieval of scooters, learning as they go. Making sure scooters are parked correctly, they are moved, pickup off the ground. Collect feed back from riders and merchants, look over this info good. Then make changes accordingly.
