Fun if you don’t mind inconsistency

Very fast paced and there is training but they expect you to either know everything you learned (a MASSIVE menu) after your training or they might try to move you. Managing styles in back of house are suuuper inconsistent and your day will depend on who your lead is that day. Coworkers are all amazing and definitely overcompensating for this because they have to take on whatever extra needed and are overall pretty under appreciated. They deserve more. Ultimately could use more structure, consistency, and order but NOT in a micromanaging way like it is a third of the time.

While we do have a big menu, we never expect you to learn it all right off the bat! We pair you with a trainer so that when you are finished with onboarding, you still have someone by your side to guide you.
