Hard to move up levels, as a kitchen manager the hours are long but the staff make it very rewarding. There is a lot of appreciation for the staff and they are celebrated for the work they do

Fast Paced Job

Will wear many hats and they are very big on customer service and the guest is always right. High energy fast paced job. Main pro is the people you meet and work with are friendly and you can all help each other out when there are lunch and dinner rushes.

Great learning experience

If u can make it here, u can make it in any kitchen. 284 menu items and its completely a scratch kitchen. Extremely fast paced. Very hard work. Not enough pay or benefits. Not a good work / life balance at all. Overall, learn what u can and get out, this place will burn u out.

The Façade

This place is a joke. working as a dishwasher you get treated like a dog. This is an entry level job at $16hr and the expect $40 worth of work in my shift. The place is understaffed and over Managed with constant micro management from the executive chefs. Now I am understanding why they can not keep people working here. I took this only as a part time job what a joke.FYI Fashion Place MALL worst by far

Flexible and great money

This job is very flexible and the money is consistent. The staff is very friendly, management does have its moments but for the most part the team here is great

Great Environment, Below Average Coworkers

I did enjoy my time there, they seem very flexible with scheduling and provide some benefits like free meals, but there is some very clear favoritism that makes it harder for to get the hours you want. Management is very mediocre, they often don't respond to concerns until they blow up in their face and are honestly some pretty big cheapskates. That being said they have done better in recent months. Coworkers are middle of the road, some are extremely obnoxious and make it hard to work, others are helpful and caring, it really does feel like high school in there.

Job for kids not adults with goals and aspirations

Pros: Good Learning Experience Cons: - Do not get stuck here or dedicate your life to this. You will financially struggle and get old. See it for what it is. A good job to start of in and learn work life lessons and then move on when things start getting stale.

Fun place to work and meet people. Good overall environment

Great company to work for management is very judgmental and play favoritism. The staff is friendly but plays off management to get better sections. Not a fair environment. But that’s not everyone. Kitchen staff and kitchen Managers are very respectful and have great work ethic. The company itself is rest and has a lot to offer overall it’s a decent place to work.

Interacting with managers poses challenges due to the variability in training across different locations. While some managers are commendable and professional, others tend to exhibit ego-driven behavior, hindering your progress based on personal initiatives. The quality of management and training has declined over the years, and though HR may offer occasional assistance, seeking their help for interpersonal issues is risky. HR prioritizes the company's interests, potentially leading to vague write-ups and making you ineligible for rehire if you raise concerns about actions harmful to you by staff members.

Only care about cheap labor

I worked there for 8 years. Management is not good. They only care about the bonus. They only work cheap labor, and work them till you’re burnt out. I miss the old Cheesecake Factory. No more workshops. No more raises. No more family. Nothing that makes you feel fulfilled. If you want a bad time work here.

Horrible place to work

The company is nothing like it used to be doesn’t deserve to be on the top 100 best jobs. Managers don’t care under paid no structure. Needs to be better

Cheesecake Factory is a great Company to work for you can advance within 6months to a year if you show great dedication.

Sometimes the organization is off , but sometimes the organization is great . The hardest thing about working there is not having all the aces in place. and you have to work harder than smarter.

Fun job

Learned how to serve here !! Had a good time the coworkers were great. Good money to be made . Hardest part is knowing the large menu and dealing with the clientele

Fun crew to work with.

I enjoyed my time at CCF. A lot could be done to make sure all staff have everything they need to be successful. Especially with a menu of over 200 items.

Great Opportunity

Great place to work. Everyday is new knowledge and whatever we learn is less. Management is good because of Multi-Nationalities. Most enjoyable part is you intreact with great leader and funloving job.

Come in to get my day started set my self up for a successful day watch pay attention what's going on around me to learn everything talk to the managers when needed if I don't understand something and the most important day at the end that everything I had to do my task has been completed

lack of training/advancement

Overly busy, lack of support as a individual, minimal training that is excelerated. I was a quick learner that was good at improvisation which was the only way I made it. Management is new and not focused on the individual employees training or focused on their concerns. Crew is very cliquey. Not good at welcoming new people everyone that works there is more concerned about themselves than others. The hardest part of job was becoming proficient and liked by co-workers. The enjoyable part of the job is, it is very busy that made time fly.

Good job overall. The money fluctuates based on multiple factors. Managers can make or break your work environment. Co-workers are great for the most part depending on where you work.

Not great

Its nice but you do not always make good money. You also have to tip out alot, guests are not great. Rude at times and mangement is okay.Not much room for growth.
