Hard to move up levels, as a kitchen manager the hours are long but the staff make it very rewarding. There is a lot of appreciation for the staff and they are celebrated for the work they do

18 yr staff member

Started as line cook, became 5 star employee and trainer. Opened several locations around country. Promoted to kitchen mgr 18mos promoted to executive kitchen manager. Excellent pay, bonuses, car, stock plan. Mgmt team not united, no ownership or accountability from GM, GM & Ekm supposed to be Partners, treated as 2nd class citizens. Routine can be difficult to complete due to number of tasks required to complete most mgr work 8-10hr shift w/o completing tasks or choosing to do staff roles.

Fun and good pay but frustrating

Worked for the company for about a decade and am easily a favorite in the restaurant. Love a lot of the staff and regulars but half the staff makes it miserable for the rest of us. Managers across the board are iffy too.

Great work life balance

Place has a great work life balance but can be over staffed. For the most part everyone is welcoming. Management team is oblivious to things going on around them and they don’t do well with taking initiative.

Everyone on the same page.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Very fast moving environment. Must be on point with your job position & duties. Communicating with your Managers on the floor is very important.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It can be stressful & lopsided when you have a few workers that are not insynced with the rest of the team on a given day, such as big holidays. Some nights, it can be chaotic. Competitive and Degrading

Absolutely so happy I don’t work here anymore. Management picks favorites, and looks down upon those once they find something to nitpick and hold over your head as if you’re stupid. Not much space to advance if you’re not picked as a favorite.

Productive workplace

The workplace culture is family. Hardest part of the job is learning all the cheesecake flavors. Most enjoyable part of the job is the environment. Cheesecake Rocks!

Good starting job

Crazy location but managers and workers are chill. Hosts dont make any tips though which sucks because people are so rude sometimes. Not a long term job.

Horrible company

This company turns and burns more managers than anything. Upper management doesn’t care about the house managers. You have to sell your soul just move up in the company. It’s a good Oldboy’s club. Working kitchen managers 15 days straight. Good luck thinking this place will pay you accordingly for the work you do.

I worked at a few that I loved but the ones in Florida were just ran into the ground.

Great place to work!

hectic but great pay and benefits! Make your own scheduleCash tips and small base pay but tips more than make up for it. you can definitely make 60-70K here as a server/bartender

Easy workplace

Serving at ccf is light work very well organized they don’t over work you with that many tables and you get an assigned busser. Super easy and very flexible schedule

Decent money

The money is good but there aren’t enough hours. The place has so much potential, however there is a major lack in communication which results in a stressful domino effect.
