Constantly doing the job of two people as a dishwasher. On a Sunday had one person helping me and he/she was took to help for prep. All 8 bus carts full and a table full of prep pans and containers, sauté pans.. it’s okay they can keep that job.

Worst job I ever worked at no help at all way too much work for a small pay brah the egos some people got there is crazy I will never work there again

Es interesante trabajar allá.

El ambiente laboral es interesante y los compañeros de trabajo son divertidos. Aveces se torna fuerte el trabajo, pero es bueno trabajar allá.

Decent place, but very stressful

From day one, we put immediately to work with just a simple 2-5 minute introduction. Doesn’t seem bad enough until you realize that most of the time you’ll be dealing with work suited for a team of 6 or more with only 3-4 working at a time.

Busy and Hectic

I worked weekends as a college student. At my location things were often incredibly busy all the time, and things would pile up very fast. Very rarely would there be nothing to do. Managers were ok, they were stern but understanding. However, one manager I particularly didn't appreciate because of his aggressive and accusatory tone. Free lunch was really nice, but very often it wouldn't come out for a very long while, and they'd forget as well. It's ok, but the stress and labor may not be worth the paycheck.

Family Friendly

It has a work load but good benifits and a family like feeling. It has room for advancement and cross training but you have to put in the work. Don't go in slacking.

Not fun

Management was terrible , staff was terrible. Didn’t like the rules it was no proper structure. everything was off and rushed ‘ breaks done poorly . wouldn’t recommend

Tough place to work.

Understaffed all the time and overworked but great food and great people with real talent. Constantly running to get things done. Retrieving dishes and pots and pans so cooks can get the food to the customers.

It's a Ok work place to work at

It was a good job to work at it was just the some of the people I was working with The hard part was dealing with the people so I left the job but overall the job was decent to work at

Better off being a customer rather than an employee

I lasted less than a week there and decided to leave mid shift. The dish pit area was really small for a large menu restaurant, dishes would pile up quickly and you have to be your own busser and pick up the dirty dishes from the server area and bring back to the dish pit. More than half of the back off house staff only spoke Spanish or very broken English it was hard to communicate with co workers

The Enviornment

The good thing is the food. The bad things is the way they treat people. I've been there for almost 2 years and I only get 2 days a week. Some of the people that work there are rude.

Good for first job but that’s about it

It’s good for a first job if you need experience, but that’s about it if i’m being honest. Pay isn’t great, management don’t care about you, and they sometimes put you on shifts on days where you explicitly said you can’t work.

I recommend not to work at this company

Poor management pots and pan is still dirty employee rinse the pot and pans in dirty water and they don’t scrub the pan good and food stain still in the pan

It's very productive and also an awesome place to grow.

They pay you what you deserve depending on job history and they set you up for success as long as your dedicated to it. You can only succeed if you put your mind too it

Worked for them earlier last year.

A admired job experience I take with me as I miss my dishwashing job there I am very grateful for the kind people I had met. That is all I can say, there is a good energy I felt from higher up. I am now with a new child, I wish all the well to all who come and experience this job or any job at the cheesecake factory

decent pay, decent coworkers, hard job

the pay wasn't bad for the area, and all of my coworkers were very nice. Management also seemed pretty good to me, and shift meals were good as well, but on busy nights, even with 5 or 6 dishwashers working, there were just too many dishes for one dish machine to keep up with
