The quality of management and training has declined over the years, and though HR may offer occasional assistance, seeking their help for interpersonal issues is risky. HR prioritizes the company's interests, potentially leading to vague write-ups and making you ineligible for rehire if you raise concerns about actions harmful to you by staff members.

Overly busy, lack of support as a individual, minimal training that is excelerated. I was a quick learner that was good at improvisation which was the only way I made it. Management is new and not focused on the individual employees training or focused on their concerns. Crew is very cliquey. Not good at welcoming new people everyone that works there is more concerned about themselves than others. The hardest part of job was becoming proficient and liked by co-workers. The enjoyable part of the job is, it is very busy that made time fly.

Between the lies, intimidation, and other manipulation tactics used by management, I can safely say this is not a healthy work environment for anyone except their favorite employees and family members that work here. Specifically, the GM lied at Orientation by listing benefits that weren't real. She also has a habit of leading employees into a false sense of security in order to exploit and betray their trust later on. A typical day of work here consists of doing tasks that you are not trained or paid to do under the guise of "teamwork." A good day of work is a day where a manager doesn't talk to you because they almost never have anything nice to say. On the flipside, most of the employees are genuine people who care for one another like a big family.

I was a cook here for 6 years and i'm embarrassed i wasted so much of my life. This is a BILLION DOLLAR company. Yet the pay is poor, the benefits are minimal, the kitchen is cramped and usually dirty, they don't even give out breaks, you have to work your full shift nonstop. The chances of promotion or advancement are slim (unless you're sleeping with a manager). They blatantly prioritize their profits over the employee experience which is why the turnover rate is absurd. So overall , if you don't mind being overworked & underpaid, this is the job for you!

I loved the kitchen and the environment. The management was not the best. Didn’t provide support, nor really stood for their morals like taking harassment seriously. Otherwise, it’s a great place to work you learn more than you expect and work with many different foods

Overworked with low pay. Management is terrible and very unprofessional. There’s a lot of people that slack off and you have to pick up their slack. It’s hard to get recognition for all the hard work that you do and hard to move up.

The good : Amazing benefits and very family friendly, with flexible schedules and competitive pay. New menu items once or twice a year, keeping things nee and exciting. Pay raises each new station you learn. Pto and sick time is fair.The bad: Turnover rate is quite high. The quality of food and sanitary standards on the regular basis are low. Hours can be cut short and many staff fight for hours in the week. Each station has 35+ recipes to memorize

Great place to work, even though it can be challenging. Great culture for people serious about food, everything is made from scratch. A little corporate but has to be since its such a technical place to work.

Impressive, good food,good opportunity for personal growth.
The cheesecake factory is a little bit more than I thought. For the high volume of guest and the amount of averall work,the pay is not what it should be. I love the building. However, I feel like employee attitude, do to the establishments reputation and what they offer, are over rated. Never should guest or employees feel less than because of environmental placement. Atmosphere, great food and service make the best restaurants. General manager is amazing, other management needs work with communication, egos, work ethics, and professionalism. Pride gets in everyone's way, if we allow it to.I would work there again, the opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge of the industry are there.

Overall the woke environment was great but can be stressful. The managers were the main issue always messing up a schedule or being rude and outright unprofessional.

It really depends on the location for a good work environment. Cooks tend to work long hours and only get a 30 min break if their doing doubles. Boh management don't care about your well-being or safety they just want the orders sold. The benefits don't seem like it's worth it in the long run

It was a great opportunity to work with this company and they were so nice to me, I can go back to work with them but I just feel a little bit discouraged because I left without leaving any word of resignation because I was so frustrated about my situation with my kids and my husband’s work schedule and that’s making me feel a little bit shame but I can recommend it to anyone that would like to work there, it is a very good place to work and good people too “ Miss my co workers “ ♥️

I went to work here because of the high standards i thought they had, but it’s not really that there are many favorites and separations that divide the team and there have been shifts where i’ve been left to drown with 20 tickets and on the busiest station. When someone who is popular there doesn’t like you, you tend to lose in every situation everyone doesn’t help you nor cares for you. The cheesecake factory is not a “team” since management thinks they can walk over you whenever, i used to work 14 hour days constantly and sometimes they would forget i need a break. I hate to say it this place sucks, but i did enjoy some folks and hope they are doing well. Don’t work here if your not gonna follow the herd
