Awesome staff, really supportive but alot of cutthroat employee who abandon their jobs at the drop of a hat. Hire people who respect service and don't look at people as temporary bill payers

Fun job

Learned how to serve here !! Had a good time the coworkers were great. Good money to be made . Hardest part is knowing the large menu and dealing with the clientele

Fun crew to work with.

I enjoyed my time at CCF. A lot could be done to make sure all staff have everything they need to be successful. Especially with a menu of over 200 items.

Good Job

Good job overall. The money fluctuates based on multiple factors. Managers can make or break your work environment. Co-workers are great for the most part depending on where you work.

Not great

Its nice but you do not always make good money. You also have to tip out alot, guests are not great. Rude at times and mangement is okay.Not much room for growth.

Good money, tiring work environment

The money was okay, but it was not worth the stress you will get by coworkers and managers. As a beginner instead of helping they rather talk and gossip about you.

Great coworkers, fun staff

Great coworkers but the restaurant itself has very little place to grow. Managers have favorites and only the senior servers make the most money. Not a very sustainable schedule

Good money when busy

Typical serving job, so good and bad days. Nice customers, rude customers, all the usual. Current GM is great and coworkers and fun and helpful. Reasonable expectations from managers

So fun!

I loved working here!!! Such a good environment with plenty of opportunity to grow. So patient and helpful all the time. I learned how to multitask much more efficiently!

Fun and friendly place to work

The Cheesecake Factory is a great place to work. The money is great and the managers are amazing. You go in work your shift they are about six hour shifts. The side work is beyond easy, they want you to have all your time for the guests. The menu is extensive it’s twenty one pages. The training is two weeks long but the money you make after is so worth it. Everyone is friendly and it was voted one of the top one hundred companies to work for years. I can honestly say they treat their employees very good. The hardest part is learning the menu and the proper names of the dishes and what goes into them.

Don’t work here

Terrible establishment, you’ll get overworked, worst managers, no break, no pro, you need to work like a dog to make money. Overall, terrible. Do yourself a favor and apply to the next job. Worked here for over two years and finally decided to quit bc I realized my mental health is a priority. This place causes depression.

Hard work, decent money

High traffic, tips range because of the demographic. Because of this it's hard work, things run out, and workers are not team-oriented. Everyone more-so looks out for themselves. At other restaurants I have been waiting for stressful days like I had at cheesecake but they never came, making me realize that cheesecake is like the toxic ex who made you think that kind of behavior was normal. If you're young and have energy you will make money here you just have to work hard and deal with bs. Grateful to this restaurant for allowing me to save up.

Fun workplaces

All managers is very fair on everything. Recommend to work there. Good food and good customer also. Work at night will make more than day shifts. All co worker is helpful. Time fly very fast.

Overall all a good workplace

I would definitely say it has it perks and cons but what restaurant doesn’t over all I enjoyed it. My coworkers became some of my good friends.they had a large menu and I wasn’t a fan of having to food run at least one two shifts a week but the money was decent.

Best Job I Ever Had

My tips were great. The management and staff were great. It was easily the best serving job I've ever had. Good pay, low effort. I made a lot of great friends there that I still keep in contact with.

Exstensive training, high volume

Training for store opening was about a month. The worst part of working here is we’re required to work atleast 1 food running shift every other week (sometimes every week) you get $2.13/hr and tip out from the servers . The tip out percentages are super high too

Not a bad place to work

Shifts are flexible, communication is consistent, and overall easy money. I think like any serving job your day experience varies with the manager on floor.

It's a no for me

Sucked. So political. Guests are rachet. The training was very thorough I'll give them that. You don't always get breaks you're due working doubles. Overall thumbs down.

Coworkers are amazing

Managers really aren’t there for you like they should be. Easy going when you need a day off but it’s very hard to continue to make money. Best off working nights and with how many workers they have it’s hard to keep a set schedule. Best coworkers
