Responsibilities:

• Handling of cutting tools, kitchen utensils and later cooking methods
• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes, and procedures
• Wash, chop, and cut fruit, meat, and vegetable items
• Assess inventory and request resupply when necessary
• Be knowledgeable of food hygiene and safety procedures
• Able to perform well in fast-paced environments

Position Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year experience in restaurant kitchen environment
• Understanding of different culinary profiles and techniques
• Professional appearance and manner
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive, honest and energetic work ethic
