Gefsinus is one of the largest contract catering companies, operating in the field of F&B management in Greece. The company employs 1.200 people and has 4 production units, including an ultra-modern one of 10.000 sq.m. at Krioneri Attikis, which has been built according to the International and European standards.

The company specializes in covering the catering needs of educational institutes, companies, industrial facilities, hospitals, military installations, sports institutes and other establishments, cooperating with more than 70 clients and managing 120 units all over Greece.

Gefsinus is serving daily 70.000 people and specializes in three types of activities:

· Production of meals in the CPU and delivery to clients

· Operation of F&B restaurants in the client’s premises

· Planning & execution of corporate events

We are currently seeking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR Team and play a key role in several HR functions including: recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management and talent development, employee relations and engagement, communication activities.

His/her responsibilities will be focused in the following areas:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes i.e., develop job descriptions, post on internal and external sites, provide specifications to external recruiting agencies etc.

· Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates

· Represent the organization at employment fairs, participate in campus recruiting activities, build sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools

· Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and positive employee experiences

· Participate in performance review processes and tools i.e., goal setting, performance evaluation and calibration, process, and results documentation

· Detect and analyze the training needs whilst develop training curriculum/materials, select appropriate delivery mechanisms, deliver training, and monitor training effectiveness

· Organize, communicate and coordinate employee events

· Manage internal HR communications and initiatives that drive employee engagement

Desired qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 3-5 of working experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG company

· Proven HR experience in Manufacturing environment, will be appreciated

· Prior experience in mass recruitment, will be considered an asset

· Familiar with ERP Payroll Software Systems, preferably EpsilonNet Pylon

· Sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality and integrity

· Team player, proactive, creative, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction

· Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work under pressure (time management)

· Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
