Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes with creativity and precision
• Ensure consistency in food presentation and taste
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Oversee food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
• Work efficiently under high-pressure, fast-paced conditions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury beach club
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine
• Passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (Greek knowledge is a plus)
