Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and help drive our Group’s brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to meet business goals.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across channels.
• Oversee branding, positioning, and messaging to ensure brand consistency.
• Organize promotional events and product launches to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain and grow the company’s online presence and social media following.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (3–5+ years).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
