As a Senior Social Media Ads Specialist you will:

• Develop and deliver a winning social media strategy while setting relevant KPIs according to business objectives

• Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Business platforms

• Apply audience insights and analytics data to inform paid social campaigns

• Be up to date with the latest social media trends, apply international best practices and innovative tools

What you will bring:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

• University degree in Finance, Marketing or relevant field

• Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (Pinterest is a plus)

• Experience in e-commerce and paid social strategies optimized for ROI

• Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging

• Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns on TikTok is a plus

• Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third Party Apps (Google Analytics)

• Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working

• Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines

• Meta Media Buying Certification is a plus
